Awesome Costumes Singapore

Grace topped her cohort when she graduated from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) - School of Fashion Studies 2001. She was later invited back to NAFA to give talks for various occasions. Thereafter, she joined a UK fashion label in Singapore and represented Singapore in many regional meetings and decision making trips in the UK.

Her fun, imaginative and bold personality propelled her to hands on, thus creating many colourful costumes from conceptualizing to designing to doing production work for many stage and TV productions. Making performers look good is her priority, hence she pays attention to details. She has also many opportunities to design and produce dancer costumes for international celebrity concerts, local theater productions, musicals and school productions. She was also involved in the costume design for Chingay 2008 and was also involved in the 2010 Youth Olympic Games in Singapore.

Her works has been staged on local TV productions like the "President Star Charity", national platforms like "Chingay and international platforms for celebrity concerts, which were graced by an audience capacity of at least 10,000 in an indoor stadium setting. 

In 2012 Grace has won 2nd runner-up in the business category in Yahoo!9 Singapore. An award that was given  to her because of  her entrepreneurship.  Among hundreds of applicants Grace emerge as one of the top 3 in Singapore. Later on in 2014 Awesome Creative Studio, Awesome Costumes was awarded SMEs Asia Award 2014/2015. This has assured her that her dedication towards her crafts and clients were appreciated. Currently, Awesome Costumes in embarking on a social arm to empower women, and in time to come it will benefit them individually and socially.
