Our rental services includes making sure that costume rented is a right fit for you, and we also provide basic styling services to make sure you’re character on point! Simple alteration is included to help you fit better in your costume. Rental fees includes laundry fees as well.
We do simple alteration to ensure a better fitting. Upon making your online payment for deposit, you are encouraged to make an appointment for fitting 5-8 working days before your collection/rental date. Please contact us via email: email@example.com or phone: 8892 7553 to make the appointment.

Before collection date, you are allowed to change order for costumes with the same price range or lower subjected to availability. At collection date, you are allowed to change order only once with the same price range or lower subjected to availability, with an additional laundry fee.
Reasonable wear to the costume is to be expected and accepted. Damage is considered to have occurred by: tearing, burning, cutting, staining, excessive make-up, removal of buttons, medallions, badges or other kinds of trim. Knee slides are NOT to be performed while in costumes. Articles which are lost or damaged by negligence while in your possession or by improper packing when returning will be charge for replacement cost.
If items are not returned or are returned damaged there will be a charge for the full replacement cost of the item.
Costume rental includes laundry fee. If the items require additional cleaning caused by the above mentioned situation there will be additional charge. Please do not try to clean the item yourself.

Renting our costumes includes bringing them overseas for event. Please state it during your checkout and we can prepare the necessary packing for you to bring our costumes overseas. We do not ship our costumes overseas for rental.
Rental period includes from the day of collection.
Example of a 3 days rental period:
COLLECT: Mon, RETURN: Wed.
COLLECT: Tue, RETURN: Thur.
COLLECT: Wed, RETURN: Fri.
COLLECT: Thur, RETURN: Sat.
COLLECT: Fri, RETURN: Mon.

*We do not open on Sundays.
For deposit payments, we accept only bank transfer.
For rental payments (upon collection of costumes), we accept cash & bank transfer.

We would like you to love our costumes as much as we love them ourselves. Please return our costumes the same way you picked them up to avoid your deposit being forfeited. The ‘Returnable Deposit’ acts as a Security deposit. It will be offset for any penalty late charges and or damage and lost item.
Delivery services is subject to driver’s availability. Delivery charges can only be advised at the point of request. We encourage all customers to come down to our studio to try and fit our costumes 5-8 working days before collection date.
Shipping to overseas is not available.
Late returns will be charged at $25 per costume set / item per day.
